The Feast of the Holy Trinity, also known as Pentecost, is approaching. Immediately following the Liturgy, there will be Vespers, during which special prayers are read, during which all the faithful kneel. These are especially important prayers that give us spiritual boost for the entire year! On the eve of Pentecost we commemorate the departed for the last time during the Easter season. On Trinity Day, after the service, the sisterhood hosts a pop up: all proceeds will go toward repairing our restrooms. On Sunday 24 May our longtime parishioner, Appolinaria Petrova, departed to the Lord. May she rest in peace! The panihida on the third day will be in the church on Tuesday 26 May at 6:00 PM. The funeral service will begin on Tuesday 2 June at 10:00 AM, and the day before (1 June), the panihida will be at 5:00 PM.
