From October 23 to 26 of this year, the 21st Diocesan Assembly of the Australian and New
Zealand Diocese was held at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral, which takes place every
three years. Representatives from our parish were Father Yaroslav Belikow, the rector, Father Basil
Kozulin – our protodeacon, and elected at the last Annual General Meeting of the parish on August 24, James Tobolov – the parish warden, and Sergey Sizenko, a member of the parish council.

On Monday, September 8, 2025, on the Feast of the Meeting of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God and the day of remembrance of Holy Martyrs Adrian and Natalia, an online meeting of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia was
held, chaired by His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia.

On August 15, 2025, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus' held a Moleben (a prayer service) "for the successful beginning of any good endeavor" in the house church of
the Patriarchal Residence in Chisty Pereulok, Moscow, dedicated to the Icon of the Mother of God of Vladimir. The service was held on the eve of the meeting between the President
of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, and the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in Alaska
